Ariel Rosenberg, Executive Chairman of the Board and President
Mr. Rosenberg has previously owned businesses operating in various industries including the textiles, metals, chemicals, energy and environment industry. Since 1994, Mr. Rosenberg has successfully turned Metal-Tech around from being a loss-making enterprise into a growing and profitable organization. Mr. Rosenberg has a BSc in mechanical engineering from King’s College, London.
  
Liron Toubol, Chief Financial Officer

Mrs. Toubol, served as a Senior Manager at PWC Kesselman&Kesselman, an Israeli firm that represents PWC (1999-2007). Mrs. Toubol managed all auditing and tax related activities for some of the largest Israeli corporations, including financials and tax reports preparation, business agreements analysis from financials and business perspectives, sales and purchasing analysis and business consulting activities.

Roy Margolin, Statutory External Director
Mr. Margolin is the managing partner of Novoline Holdings, a private investment company focusing on Eastern European real estate. He also acts as a strategic adviser to several early stage companies in the high-tech sector. Previously, Mr. Margolin served as the chief financial officer and chief operating officer of Seriqa Networks Ltd. (2000-2002), as the manager of the economic department of Vcon Telecommunications Ltd. (1999-2000) and as an economist at Tadiran Telecommunications Ltd. (1996-1999). Mr. Margolin has a BA in Mathematics and Economics and an MA in Economics (Cum Laude) from Tel-Aviv University, Israel. Mr. Margolin is member of the Audit and Nomination Committees.

Dr. Graham Lawson, Non-Executive Director
Dr. Lawson has held international board level appointments since 1981 in industrial minerals, chemicals and medical products companies on three continents. Dr. Lawson’s last executive appointment, held for seven years until his retirement in May 2002, was as Chief Executive of Watts Blake Bearne & Co plc. Prior to this, Dr. Lawson was technical director of Borax Consolidated Ltd (a Rio Tinto subsidiary). Dr. Lawson is a Companion of the Chartered Management Institute, a Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering, a Fellow of the Institution of Chemical Engineers and a Chartered Engineer. Dr. Lawson is a member of the Audit Committee.
 
Peter Syme, Non-Executive Director 
Mr. Syme is currently non-executive chairman of Weir Strachan and Henshaw, Weir Group’s defence and nuclear business. Previously, Mr. Syme was divisional managing director of Weir Services. Prior to that, Mr. Syme held the role of managing director of Weir Pumps and, before that, was at JOY Manufacturing UK, where he was responsible for manufacturing and selling a range of compressors, pumps and mining equipment throughout Europe. Mr. Syme is a member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committees.

Yehoo Madmon ,Commercial Manager of Mo Products
Mr Yehoo Madmon, has extensive experience in management roles in the industrial sector with very strong financial background. For the past 11 years,he has worked for the Company as part of the executive management team and, in 2005, has been appointed as project manager of the Molybednum products. Prior to this, Mr Madmon was an economist in the Company's department of international projects. Prior to the Company, Mr Madmon worked for 2 years as an economist at Maimon Electronics Ltd. Prior to that, Mr Madmon served as a chief economist at Kitan Dimona Ltd.
 
Meir Klausner, Commercial Manager of Tungsten Products
Mr. Klausner has been employed by the Company since September 1996 when he served as Finance Manager. Mr. Klausner appointed as Chief Operating Officer on April 2005 and since 2008 he holds the position of Head of Tungsten Sector. Prior to Metal-Tech, Mr. Klausner worked for 4 years as a senior investment adviser at Bank Leumi Le Israel. From 1986 to 1992, Mr. Klausner served as an economist at Dead Sea Works Ltd. Mr. Klausner holds a BA in economics (Cum Laude) from Ben-Gurion University in Beer-Sheva.
