Metal-Tech Ltd. was admitted to the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) of the London Stock Exchange on May 13, 2005.
The total amount raised was £10.5 million. A total of 8,076,923 new shares were placed at £1.30 per share.
Shares not in public hands:
The total issued and outstanding number of shares is 38,376,923 out of which 30,745,448 are held by Mr. Ariel Rosenberg (of which 27,270,000 are owned in the name of Hillah Consultants Ltd.) representing 80.1 per cent of the total issued share capital of the Company.
